XENO ALPHA is built for XAUUSD on MetaTrader 5. MT4 is not supported. Some brokers add a suffix to the gold symbol, so use the exact XAUUSD symbol available in your MT5 terminal.

No. It is an automated trading tool, not a guaranteed return. Results still depend on market conditions, equity, lot settings, spread, execution and risk control. Trading leveraged gold can result in the loss of your deposit.

Yes. Automated trading can experience floating loss and drawdown during changing market conditions. Review the view-only account, choose settings that match your equity and risk tolerance, and never assume future results are guaranteed.

The minimum stated setup is $200 USD, equal to 20,000 USC on a cent account. 50,000 USC or more is recommended because it gives the recovery basket more room during volatile XAUUSD movement.

Start with the supplied preset and the setup instructions provided with your license. Do not increase the lot size simply because the account is currently in profit; match risk to your own equity and loss tolerance.

Free access covers eligible IB-linked MT5 accounts. The $399 lifetime plan covers up to five accounts, while the $3,899 lifetime plan has no fixed MT5 account limit. Paid plans include future XENO ALPHA updates.

The currently listed licenses are lifetime licenses with a one-time payment. The license is still bound to approved MT5 account numbers and checked by the license server.

Eligible under-IB accounts can remain on the same free license. For accounts outside the supported IB program, choose the five-account or unlimited lifetime plan.

Account changes are not automatic because every license is server-bound. Contact Telegram with the old and new MT5 account numbers so the request can be checked against your plan.

Activation is manual. Send your registered email and MT5 account number on Telegram. Free accounts are checked against the broker IB list; paid accounts are activated after the USDT payment is verified.

There is no automatic activation timer. The account or payment must be verified manually, so send the required details once and wait for a reply on Telegram.

The EA checks its license every hour. If the license is expired, revoked, bound to another account, or unable to reach the server, pending orders are removed and no new trades are opened.

The free license is funded by the rebate from an eligible broker account. That is why the account must be registered through the correct IB link and verified before activation.

Free access currently supports Vantage and VT Markets through the official links on the registration page. Paid licenses can be used with your preferred MT5 broker if the setup requirements are met.

Use PENDING for Vantage or PENDING for VT Markets. Always use the matching registration link on the How to Register page.

Either supported broker can qualify. Choose the broker available in your country and whose funding methods suit you. Follow the account type shown after selecting that broker on the registration page.

A reassignment may be requested, but approval depends on the broker and account status. Follow the Vantage or VT Markets instructions on the Change IB page before opening another account.

Use MetaTrader 5 with a cent account: Standard Cent STP for Vantage or Cent STP for VT Markets. Complete KYC before opening and funding the trading account.

The broker account must be verified and eligible for the IB check. Before running the EA, fund at least 20,000 USC ($200 USD); 50,000 USC or more is recommended.

Yes. Paid licenses accept USDT on the TRC20 network. Select a plan first to see the correct amount and payment instructions.

No. Paid licenses are final-sale digital products and all sales are final. Review the account requirements, trading risks and plan limits before making payment.

In the MT5 terminal you will use, open File → Open Data Folder, then place the .ex5 file inside MQL5 → Experts. Refresh Expert Advisors in Navigator or restart MT5.

No. Mobile MT5 cannot install or run a custom Expert Advisor. Use desktop MetaTrader 5 on the computer or Windows VPS that will keep the EA running.

Add https://edge.xeno-network.com under Tools → Options → Expert Advisors → Allow WebRequest for listed URL. Enter it exactly as shown, without an extra path.

First check that https://edge.xeno-network.com is whitelisted. If the error remains, the license may not be bound to that MT5 account number. Send your registered email and MT5 account number on Telegram for checking.

The file is usually in the wrong data folder or under Indicators instead of Experts. Open the correct folder from inside the running MT5 terminal, confirm the file is in MQL5 → Experts, then refresh Navigator.

Check that the chart uses your broker's XAUUSD symbol, Algo Trading is enabled, the license is valid and the supplied setup is loaded. The EA may also pause during conditions where its own protection rules prevent a new entry.

A VPS is not required to install the EA, but it is strongly recommended for continuous operation. If MT5 closes, the computer sleeps or the internet disconnects, the EA cannot actively manage the basket.

Send your registered email, MT5 account number, broker name, the exact error message and a clear screenshot of the MT5 chart. For payment issues, also include the USDT transaction hash.
